Pricing
The price of each service is shown on the service detail page or provided with your estimate. All prices are tax-inclusive.
Payment Methods and Timing
You may pay by bank transfer (in advance), credit card, or invoice (corporate clients only, subject to prior screening).
For bank transfer, please pay before the service is delivered; for credit card, payment is taken at the time of application; for invoice, please pay within 30 days of issue.
Service Delivery
After your application is confirmed, we arrange a schedule with you and deliver the service on the agreed dates. Timing varies by service, so please discuss it when you apply.
Cancellation and Refunds
Our cancellation policy is: free up to 14 days before the service date; 50% of the fee up to 7 days before; 80% up to 3 days before; and 100% on the day before or the day of. In cases of natural disaster or other unavoidable circumstances, we will consult with you individually.
Other Costs and Disclaimer
Beyond the service fee, travel expenses (at cost), accommodation (for distant training) and materials (where special materials are required) may apply, and are shown in advance in your estimate.
While we take the greatest care over our services, we do not warrant their completeness, accuracy or usefulness, and accept no liability for damages arising from their use except in cases of our intent or gross negligence.
